Photoshop effect – Wind effect on text

1. Take one background image that you can use for wind effect.

2. Then go to horizontal mask tool and set the font size that you want.

3. Type text "CLOUD"

4. Then click on selection tool

5. Make a layer via copy from current seletion

6. Now go to new layer and set the 'blending option - Layer style' as shown below

7. Set the blending option - Outer glow as shown here

8. Now go to wind effect and set the parameters as shown in the screens - 2 pics

9. To give more wind effect, click the do CTRL+F

10. Finally we get the below wind effect on text
